BRAD PITT REPORTEDLY REFUSED TO PAY $100K A MONTH IN CHILD SUPPORT TO ANGELINA

world news

Brad Pitt’s divorce with Angelina Jolie is getting nastier by the day. Following the news that Jolie demanded $100,000 a month for child support, an inside source told In Touch Weekly that Pitt refuses to pay the enormous amount.

Pitt is currently fighting for joint custody of their six kids — Maddox (15), Pax (13), Zahara (12), Shiloh (10), and twins Knox and Vivienne (8). Although the Allied star wants to provide for his children, the source claims he doesn’t Jolie controlling the money. The $100,000 a month is to pay for expenses and build up a trust for each of the kids.

Jolie wants to put $250,000 a year into a trust fund for each child. The trust will cap at $5 million. While Pitt is willing to pay whatever it takes to ensure a good life for the kids, he doesn’t want Jolie managing the money and determining how to spend it.

Brad Pitt Wins Big Court Battle Against Angelina Jolie (EXCLUSIVE)

Brad Pitt is ready to go back to work again. After dealing with a very nasty and public divorce battle with his soon-to-be ex-wife Angelina Jolie, Brad has just landed a new role in an upcoming film.

Reports say that Brad is set to star in the big budget sci-fi film ‘Ad Astra.’ The film will be directed by James Gray and might start production as early as this summer. Of course, that’s not the only film Brad has in the pipeline. He will also be starring in several upcoming projects including, ‘Okja,’ and ‘War Machine.’ He also helped produce ‘The Lost City of Z,’ which will hit theaters in April.  ENTER

One week after Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt released a joint statement saying they’re “committed to act as a united front,” the 53-year-old actor claims a major victory in their ongoing court battle.

Sources tell Life & Style that the Maleficent star, 41, is being forced to hand over her kids to the Oscar winner after continually canceling visits and making it difficult for him to see them. An insider adds that Brad will be getting visitation much more regularly now.                                              Read

Brad Pitt, 'World War Z 2' And Why Not Every Blockbuster Deserves A Sequel

Paramount made two schedule changes last night. In a somewhat surprising move, they killed their upcoming Friday the 13th movie. Considering the prime release date, a Friday the 13th in the month of October, I'm a little surprised given that the sequel/reboot in question has been tossed around countless times over the last few years. Relatively speaking, you'd think a Friday the 13th movie would be the easiest thing in the world to make. But I digress. The less surprising news is the official removal of World War Z 2 from the release schedule.

The zombie sequel had been slotted for June 9, 2017, despite having no director, no start date and really nothing beyond the hope that the unexpectedly resilient smash hit zombie thriller may be a franchise in the making. Since Friday the 13th is now dead, it's as good a time as any to argue that perhaps the World War Z sequel should be canceled as well. While the original World War Z itself was an example of bucking the odds in the summer of 2013, it may be time to call time of death on what may otherwise turn out to be sequel no one asked for.                                                    Read

Brad Pitt Orbits James Gray’s Sci-Fi Epic ‘Ad Astra’ as New Details Arrive

With the release of his adventure epic The Lost City of Z imminent, we were surprised to learn that director James Gray would be quickly jumping into another epic so soon, this time of the sci-fi variety. Last month we got the news that a May shoot was being planned for his mysterious project Ad Astra and now he may have found his star.

Now that World War Z 2 is delayed (although David Fincher is somehow reportedly still interested in making it), Brad Pitt is lining up his options for his next project and at the top of the pile of Gray’s next film, according to Deadline. Of course, Pitt has history with Gray, having executive produced The Lost City of Z (a film he once circled to lead) as well as, many years ago, was attached to star in The Gray Man. As for this next project — which Pitt’s Plan B is helping to produce and aiming to work with New Regency — new details have landed.                                               Read

Brad Pitt Comes out of Hiding

I know I am not the only one wondering what’s going on with Brad Pitt, right? He’s been MIA since Angelina Jolie filed for divorced and the [recently cleared] controversial child abuse allegations. However, he came out of hiding this week. He showed up on the red carpet for the private screening of his new movie, Moonlight. The movie looks like it’s going to be inspiring and a tearjerker. Here’s the blurb about it from IMDb:
A timeless story of human connection and self-discovery, Moonlight chronicles the life of a young black man from childhood to adulthood as he struggles to find his place in the world while growing up in a rough neighborhood of Miami.   Read
